Dear Cool Pete, When I heard about the cool science day I couldn’t wait for it (because
science is my favourite subject). My favourite subject was the rocket launch I tried putting
a ping pong ball in front of a hair dryer it worked quite well. I loved every minute of the day.
Thank you for coming in Yours sincerely, Ellie Sleightholm

Dear Cool Pete, Thank you ever so much for coming to our school and doing cool science day
with us. Everyone in the school is grateful for all the experiments and fun stuff you did
with us. My particular favourite was when you filled one balloon with air and one with CO2.
The one filled with CO2 was heavier than the one filled with air so therefore didn’t let the
other balloon go below it when it was floating above the hair dryer! Even though that was my
favourite they were all brilliant. Thanks again. Rachael Haw (age 10
